A single accredited operator, published fares, and one monthly invoice instead of a folder of expense claims from four different apps.
Corporate airport transfers from the Southern Highlands use the same published fixed fares as everyone else — $235 to $355 one way — with monthly invoicing available instead of payment per trip. Staff can book directly against the account. There is no separate corporate rate card; pickups before 6am add $20.
Every trip on one monthly invoice with passenger, date, route and fare. No expense claims, no receipts to chase, no reconciling four rideshare accounts.
We do not operate a corporate rate card. Your account pays the fare printed on this website, which means your finance team can verify it without ringing anyone.
The same small operation every time, accredited under the NSW Point to Point regime, rather than whoever the app assigns at 4am.
A named booking, a tracked flight and a driver waiting at the designated pick-up point. If your traveller is delayed, we are still there.
Highlands-based businesses sending staff through Mascot for interstate meetings. Sydney firms bringing clients down for offsites at Gibraltar, Peppers or Bendooley. Medical and legal practices with regular city appointments. Wineries and venues moving corporate groups.
The common thread is repetition: once the route is the same every month, a published fixed fare and a monthly invoice beats a meter and an expense claim every time.

Yes. Account clients are invoiced monthly with each trip itemised by passenger, date, route and fare. Ask when you set the account up.
Yes, and it is usually simpler. They use the booking form or ring, quote the account name, and the trip lands on your invoice rather than their personal card and an expense claim.
Yes. Our published suburb fares are the account fares. We do not run a separate corporate rate card that is quietly higher.
Standard work for us and charged at the standard fare. A 3:30am pickup is the standard fare plus our $20 early-pickup fee (any pickup before 6am).
Up to eleven passengers in one vehicle, on one fare. For a team travelling to the same meeting that is usually cheaper than individual rideshares and considerably less chaotic.
