Before You Book
Are your fares really fixed?
Yes. Every price shown is a one-way fare including tolls and GST. A return trip is simply double. Collecting you from the terminal adds just $10, where most operators add $30–35 for an airport pickup. The fare you are quoted is the fare you pay.
Do you charge more for early-morning pickups?
No. A 2am pickup costs the same as a 2pm one. Early international departures are a large part of our work — from the Highlands a 6am flight means leaving around 1am, and we do that run most weeks.
Are the baby seats really free?
Yes — capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, supplied and fitted at no charge. Tell us the children's ages when you book and they will be installed and checked before we arrive.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every arriving flight and adjust your pickup automatically at no extra cost. Whether you land early or three hours late, your driver is there when you walk out.
Where do you pick us up at the airport?
We wait at the designated pickup point for your terminal, and we send you the exact location plus the vehicle and driver details before you land. Once you have your bags, walk out and we are there. We track your flight, so an early or late arrival costs you nothing extra.
How many passengers and bags can you take?
A sedan or SUV takes 1–2 passengers. From 3 passengers we send a people mover: 3–4 adds $30, 5–6 adds $60, 7–8 adds $100, and 9–11 travel by minibus for $150 extra. The exact figure shows in the fare finder before you book. If you are travelling with cruise luggage, golf clubs or skis, tell us at booking and we will send the right vehicle.
Do you cover cruise terminals as well as the airport?
Yes — both the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and White Bay, at the same fare. On arrival day we track your ship so we are waiting when you disembark.
What about Western Sydney Airport?
WSI at Badgerys Creek opens in December 2026 and it is significantly closer to the Highlands than Mascot — roughly 32 to 38 km less driving depending on your suburb. We are taking pre-bookings now.
Do I have to pay anything up front?
No. There is no deposit and we do not take card details to hold the booking. You pay the driver after drop-off, by cash or bank transfer at no extra cost, or by card on the driver's terminal (1.2% card surcharge). The amount is the fixed fare we confirmed in writing when you booked — nothing is added at the end.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation fee, because we never take a deposit or hold your card — there is nothing for us to charge. All we ask is that you tell us as soon as your plans change so we can release the vehicle to someone else. For a same-day change, ring us rather than emailing so we can catch the driver in time.
Which suburbs do you actually cover?
All 54 across the Southern Highlands, Wollondilly and Kangaroo Valley — from Picton and Tahmoor in the north to Marulan, Tallong and Kangaroo Valley at the far edges. Every one has its own published fixed fare, listed on this page.
