Wedding transfers in the Southern Highlands are priced as fixed fares per movement, with up to eleven passengers in one vehicle. Airport pickups for interstate guests start at $235 one way. Nothing is charged when you book, there is no cancellation fee, and numbers can be adjusted as your RSVPs settle.
Wedding transport fails in predictable ways. Guests underestimate the drive from Sydney and arrive during the ceremony. A bridal party gets split across cars and the bride waits twenty minutes for the last one. Nobody plans the end of the night, so people either drive after drinking or stand in a driveway at midnight trying to raise a taxi in a town that has three.
All three are solved the same way: book the movements in advance at a known price, and put groups in one vehicle rather than several.
Surcharges are added to the published suburb fare. For on-the-day movements between local venues we quote per run.
