The things people ring up to ask, answered here so you do not have to ring up and ask.
The most common questions are about price and payment. Southern Highlands airport transfers are $235 to $355 one way for one to two passengers, tolls and GST included. No deposit is taken, no card is stored, and you pay the driver after drop-off. There is no cancellation fee. Pickups before 6am add $20.
Between $235 and $355 one way for one to two passengers, depending on your suburb. Bowral to Sydney Airport is $275, Mittagong is $275, Moss Vale is $295. Every suburb fare is published on our fares page. Tolls, fuel and GST are included.
No. Nothing is charged when you book and we do not store your card. You pay the driver after drop-off by cash, bank transfer or card (1.2% card surcharge). Because no money changes hands up front, there is also no cancellation fee.
No, and we would rather say so than invent a discount. A return is two one-way fares. What you gain is that both legs are fixed, including the trip home at midnight when a meter would be at its worst.
We work backwards from the check-in cut-off, your drive time and a fifteen-minute buffer. For a 6:00am international out of Mascot that is between about 12:45am and 1:45am depending on your suburb — three hours for check-in, plus the drive, plus a fifteen-minute buffer (two hours for domestic). Yes. Pickups before 6am add a $20 early-pickup fee to the standard fare.
No. The fare is the same figure at 2am on Christmas Day as at 2pm on a Tuesday. There is no weekend or holiday loading. Pickups before 6am add $20, after 8pm $10, after 10pm $20, and an airport pickup adds $10.
One check-in bag and one carry-on per passenger, included in every fare. If you are carrying more, or something oversized like golf clubs, a pram or skis, tell us when you book. Extra bags are $5 each and bulky items $10 each; we send a vehicle with the room.
Yes, free, and fitted before we arrive. Tell us the ages of the children when you book. NSW road rules require children under seven to be in an approved restraint, and we will not carry a child without one.
We wait at the terminal's designated pick-up point rather than in the arrivals hall, and we text you the exact spot before you land. We monitor your flight, so a delay costs you nothing.
Nothing, from your side. We track the flight and adjust the pickup. Waiting time and airport parking are already in the fare, so a delay does not change what you pay.
Up to eleven passengers in one minibus. A wedding party or a family group travels together on one fare rather than being split across cars that arrive at different times.
Both of them. Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and White Bay, with published fares from every suburb. See cruise transfers.
WSI at Badgerys Creek opens on 25 October 2026 and it is materially closer to the Highlands than Mascot, so the fares are lower. They are already published on our WSI page.
No scheduled shuttle bus runs from the Highlands to Sydney Airport. What people usually mean by an airport shuttle here is a private door-to-door transfer, which is what we do: your own vehicle, collected from your address, at the time your flight requires.
Ring or email as early as you can so we can release the vehicle. There is no fee. For same-day changes, ring rather than email.
We operate as an accredited NSW Point to Point transport provider, which is the licensing regime covering booked passenger services in New South Wales.
